When you feel stressed or blue, take a deep breath and do something relaxing. Try some yoga exercises or meditation. Or try these relaxation tips.

Ever since I’ve been going to a local yoga class once a week, I’ve been feeling less stressed. I am able to clear my mind for that hour and do something good for myself – for my mind, my body, my soul. So, even if you have 10 minutes, take a quick break for some yoga poses – they really do help! There is quite a bit of yoga basics online for those beginners.
