Focus on doing something good for you

Do something good for you! Every day!

Stop neglecting your needs, and instead focus more on doing something good for you. Help yourself.

What does that mean to you?

To me that means:

1. using my happy light to get “positive” sun rays

2. taking my supplements daily, to give me the right nutrition and good health

3. taking breaks!

4. doing some yoga poses throughout the day, to help me relax

5. writing in my journal to clear my head and focus on good things to look forward to

6. talking to my favorite people, for support, social interaction, love

7. petting my cats – they are a great relaxing and support tool!

8. getting a good nights rest

9. eating nutritious meals and snacks in between to maintain a stable energy throughout the day

10. treating myself – how about some chocolate?

11. prayer
