Breathe and Smile

Breathing in and out slowly is a great way to relax and calm your mind and body. When I’m feeling anxious or blue, I take a few slow deep breaths.

Smiling and breathing slowly seems to be a great practice to do daily! Breathe in peace, and smile for life!
