This week I made a commitment – instead of focusing on myself in my prayers, I’m making an effort to pray mostly about others.
When I see an elderly person, I stop and pray for their health and well-being. When I hear about tragedies such as the earthquake in Nepal, I pray for healing, comfort, and hope for the people who were there. When I pet my cat Emma or see birds outside, I pray for all animals, that they may be healthy, loved, and happy.
Where can you stop to pray for others?
