Meditation Benefits

I have recently been interested in meditation and mindfulness, and I came across this website:

Do any of you have any tips for mastering meditation?

My husband and I have been particularly interested in the benefits it provides for sleep and reducing anxiety. We’ve been practicing yoga now right before bed, and meditation along with it would be a great benefit!

  1. Emotional Well-Being – decreases depression, anxiety, stress, and worry, and improves your mood, sleep, & relationships. This benefit is a big one for me. By relaxing your body and mind, you can improve your psychological well-being.
  2. Super Mind – improves mental focus, learning, thinking, and creativity.
  3. Healthy Body – manages blood pressure, heart & respiratory rate, and pms symptoms, and reduces stress and other health conditions.
